PSS Hosts “Quest” to Improve Student Services

Barbara Ricotta and Maria Wallace provided a presentation at the February 26th PSS General Membership meeting on improving student services thru a continuous improvement program called QuESt.

PSS Continuous Improvement Committee News

On February 24th in the morning the United Way will be hosting an informational session for individuals and teams who are interested in learning more about Continuous Improvement. This informational session will provide an opportunity to learn about the training being offered and how your team might apply the training to improve a process within your area. There is no charge for participation in the program. Five UB teams have participated in previous cohorts and have reported great results in process improvement. President Tripathi approves New Undergraduate Education Program
