The Continuous Improvement Committee is co-sponsoring a Supervisor's Learning Forum with the Office of Organizational Development and Training. Dr. Kimberly Yousey-Elsener, the Coordinator of Assessment and Evaluation for the Division of Student Affairs, will be discussing data-driven leadership. Elements and best practices for developing data-driven leadership in various units will be shared.
